- 1/4 package Mung Bean Fettuccine (Explore Asia Brand)
- 1 cup of frozen broccoli
- 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Romano or Parmesan cheese
- Sun-dried tomatoes, to taste
Cook the fettuccine as per package directions, thaw the frozen broccoli, and toss all together with cheese and tomatoes.
